I am a victim of them too and all these you just said is true and I
know for a fact that behind all these is Delsk’s manager Josef who is planning
everything since he is getting under the table heavy money especially from
Leptos since he was an ex employee of Leptos in their hotels.
The innocent buyers are convinced to purchase property from Leptos
without them know that will never get title deeds but the only reason that the
buy the property is for Josef to get his cash.
